Easily press dough into pastry and tartlet shells with the Harold Imports Tart Tamper. Made from rubberwood, this tamper makes it easier to even out the pastry within a tart shell. Use the larger end to form the base of the tart and the smaller end for getting into those hard to reach corners of the pan. For best results, dust the end of the tamper with flour.
