June 14th @ 6:00 PM - Modern French Chocolate Pie with Nanda


Do you enjoy delectable French desserts? Nanda will teach you how to make this modern French chocolate pie, with a velvety and creamy chocolate cream, a wonderful layer of hazelnut praline and a crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth pastry. 

In this hands-on class, you will make:

  • the velvety ganache
  • the chocolate topping
  • the dark chocolate Brisée dough
  • and the hazelnut praline

This pie will surely be the protagonist on your next dessert table. 

About the Chef... Nanda Linford's desserts are not only gorgeous, but they taste amazing, too! She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu where she studied Classic French Confectionery. She has also studied cake structure, chocolate, modern pastry, and French gastronomy (the study of the relationship between food and culture, the art of preparing and serving rich or delicate and appetizing food, the cooking styles of particular regions, and the science of good eating).
