Calling all young chefs! We are offering 3-day Summer Cooking Camps with Wil for youth ages 8 and up. Each day, campers will work alongside their peers in a fun, hands-on environment. Not only will they learn how to make great food, but they will learn basic knife skills, kitchen safety, safe food handling practices, how to use various kitchen appliances & gadgets, measuring & weighing, reading & following a recipe, time management, and more.

DAY 1:  BREAKFAST - Students will learn to make eggs three delicious ways—fried, scrambled, and boiled—then use their new skills to create their very own breakfast burritos.

DAY 2:  LUNCH - This class will be all about knife skills where young chefs will learn how to slice veggies like a pro and turn them into a delicious stir fry.

DAY 3:  DINNER - Students will learn how to cook ground beef and make their own smash burgers—formed beef balls that are smashed thin on the grill for crispy edges, rich flavor, and juicy bites!
