Perfect for any occasion, it’s a crowd-pleaser for both kids and adults alike!

Nanda will teach you how to make these delicious treats from scratch. You will learn the proper technique for getting your meringue thick and creamy and how to pipe the meringue into nests for the base. Then you will enjoy decorating your own beautiful pavlovas with whipped cream and fruits.

The flavor combination of this dessert will surely have your tastebuds tingling!  

About the Chef... Nanda Linford comes to us all the way from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Her desserts are not only gorgeous, but they taste amazing, too! Nanda is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu where she studied Classic French Confectionery. She has also studied cake structure, chocolate, modern pastry, and French gastronomy. And not only that...she's famous! She was the winner of a baking competition on the Brazilian reality show called Que Seja Doce (That Will Be Sweet).
