May 10 @ 6:00 PM - A TASTE OF BRAZIL: Brazilian Stroganoff

$60.00

Discover one of Brazil’s most beloved comfort foods in this new class featuring Brazilian Stroganoff - a staple in traditional Brazilian households. Unlike the traditional Russian version, Brazil’s take on stroganoff is creamy, tangy, and irresistibly flavorful, usually served with white rice and crispy shoestring potatoes (batata palha).

It’s not every day you get to eat and learn how to make a Brazilian specialty from a professional Brazilian chef! You don't want to miss this night of cultural learning and delicious food!

About the Chef... Nanda Linford comes to us all the way from Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu where she studied Classic French Confectionery. She has also studied cake structure, chocolate, modern pastry, and French gastronomy. And not only that...she's famous! She was the winner of a baking competition on the Brazilian reality show called Que Seja Doce (That Will Be Sweet).
