This is the first of two in a series cooking classes. In this beginner's class, students will learn about 

chocolate, how to melt it properly, temper chocolate and the right way to cool it, feed it, and when it is ready to use. 

Come and join our class, as Ruth Kendrick, chocolate aviciendo, demonstrates all of the necessary beginning tips and techniques to help you prepare for this holiday season and gift giving.

Each attendee will do a small amount of molding chocolate into bar molds and add gourmet toppings. 

Learn how to handle chocolate and store it. Each person will take home handmade chocolates, as well as how to hide your mistakes. (All beginners need this essential tip!)

This will be a casual class where you can ask your questions on all things chocolate

and have them answered by someone with 60+ years of experience.
