  • Som Tum (green papaya salad), a Northeastern Thai/Laotian dish often found on restaurant menus
  • Nam Prik Ong (a spicy dish made with ground pork and curry paste that’s a bit like chili)
  • Mangos with Sticky Rice, a popular dessert made with sticky rice, sweet coconut milk and, of course, mangos.
