Good chocolate is the result of good tempering! In this class you will learn:

  • how to crystallize (the process of tempering) white, dark, and milk chocolate by aligning the chocolate crystals with time, temperature, and movement
  • painting techniques with colored cocoa butter that will add extra shine to your chocolates

You will make your own chocolate Bon Bons and Easter eggs filled with salted and smoked caramel and chestnuts. Perfect for giving away as Easter gifts or other special occasions.

About the Chef... Nanda Linford comes to us all the way from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Her desserts are not only gorgeous, but they taste amazing, too! Nanda is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu where she studied Classic French Confectionery. She has also studied cake structure, chocolate, modern pastry, and French gastronomy. And not only that...she's famous! She was the winner of a baking competition on the Brazilian reality show called Que Seja Doce (That Will Be Sweet).
