Under the guidance of our seasoned chef, Davis, participants will delve into the alchemy of crafting the perfect sourdough English muffin. From cultivating a robust and lively sourdough starter to mastering the nuances of shaping and baking, this class ensures a hands-on experience that will empower you with the skills needed for artisanal success. 

As a delightful twist, Davis will also unveil a new take on the classic Eggs Benedict, showcasing how these freshly baked sourdough English muffins can be the canvas for a culinary masterpiece. You will leave with a newfound mastery of sourdough and the ability to create a breakfast indulgence that transcends the ordinary. 

Each participant will depart with their own sourdough starter and a treasure trove of knowledge on making, forming, and baking these distinctive muffins. 

About the Chef...  Davis Larsen is an avid outdoorsman who is always seeking the next adrenaline high, whether through skiing, rock climbing, or biking. He seeks adventure and time in the mountains, which led him to Alaska, where he learned about the saga of sourdough and has been an avid sourdough baker ever since. He enjoys cooking exceptional food to fuel his boundless adventures.
