Come master the art of pasta-making in this fun cooking class with Tom. He will teach you the basics of making and stuffing your own homemade agnolotti pasta by hand, along with a demonstration on techniques for cooking. A light pasta dinner will be served. 

About the Chef...  Tom Apedaile (AKA The Bearded Baker) learned to bake as a child in his mother's kitchen. As he grew up, he fell out of love with the kitchen until he began watching The Great British Bake-Off. Something there, ignited the fire within him again. You will love how Tom takes his background in mathematics and physics and applies these skills for precision and detail in his baking techniques. Tom's motto is "Food that we share is an expression of ourselves and forms lasting bonds and memories."
