DAY 1: Campers will travel to Asia, where they’ll make fresh, flavorful lettuce wraps inspired by Din Tai Fung and finish with a sweet treat—soft, pillowy chocolate bao.
DAY 2: Students will head to Mexico to cook up crispy, savory birria-style tacos packed with bold flavor and irresistible crunch.
