After selling his restaurant he continued to Chef for fly fishing resorts, hunting lodges, and ski resorts. Jack is an avid outdoorsman and his favorite place to cook is outdoors. He has spent many long days, whether for work or play, cooking on his Camp Chef stove and pellet grill.
