If you're intimidated by preparing and cooking meat, this class is for you. This demonstration class will focus on all the basic techniques and methods for cooking meat including searing, slow cooking, and braising. Only the most basic kitchen resources will be used. Tom & Wil are going to focus on how to cook 3 types of meat in this class - beef steaks, pork shoulder, and chicken breasts & thighs. You will learn how to correctly prepare, how to season & what you should use, how to cook your meat, and how to know when it's done! You will learn all the basics you will need to come away feeling confident to take these techniques and apply them in any recipe or cooking application you are using. 

Tom & Wil are well known in the Love to Cook kitchen and are fun, energetic, and informative! Although they are both very experienced bakers, they know their way around the kitchen when it comes to meats!
