As the former owner of a beloved Korean food truck in Logan, Kiana built a loyal following through her flavorful dishes and warm hospitality. Today, she brings that same energy to every class she teaches, infusing each lesson with stories, history, and heart. Kiana is especially devoted to spreading the Korean spirit of jeong (정) — a deep-rooted sense of empathy, connection, and community that defines much of Korean life and culture.
