‘Tis the season for something spectacular — and delicious! Add a touch of French tradition to your holiday table with this festive dessert-making class! Join us as we roll up a classic Bûche de Noël — a light sponge cake filled with rich cream and decorated to look like a beautiful woodland log. You’ll bake a soft, light sponge and fill it with a silky chocolate ganache that also doubles as the rich, glossy frosting. The result? An intensely chocolate dessert that’s as decadent as it is beautiful.
Whether you’re looking to wow your holiday guests or simply enjoy a sweet new tradition, this class is the perfect way to celebrate the season. You’ll go home with your own show-stopping Yule Log and all the skills to recreate it year after year!
