August 9th @ 6:00 PM - Hands-On Truffles with Nanda


Come learn how to make your chocolate truffle dreams come true! In this hands-on class, Nanda will teach you all about the delicate science of chocolate-making and how to create artful, delicious bite-sized truffles. She will teach you the techniques and methods for creating luscious chocolate ganache, and you will create your own truffles with different flavors (such as rum, strawberry, and orange) with noble and delicious chocolate. 

About the Chef... Nanda Linford's desserts are not only gorgeous, but they taste amazing, too! She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu where she studied Classic French Confectionery. She has also studied cake structure, chocolate, modern pastry, and French gastronomy (the study of the relationship between food and culture, the art of preparing and serving rich or delicate and appetizing food, the cooking styles of particular regions, and the science of good eating).
