You will learn how simple it is to make an array of desserts that pâte à choux offers. In this hands-on class, you will be making cream puffs, eclairs, and churros that will surely impress your friends and family. 

About the Chef...  Jean Andrew is a wonderful pastry chef. She has been baking professionally and at home for over 20 years, and her desserts are out of this world! When you attend one of her classes, she will help you feel less intimidated by baking, and she is wonderful at making her recipes relatable.
