Join David Park in another Thai cooking class as he demonstrates how to prepare Yellow Curry

and Pad Woon Sen (Stir-fried Glass Noodles), a dish that hasn’t been taught in any of David’s

classes before but has been requested by many class participants. Since Thailand is located

between China and India, Thai cuisine has been influenced by both countries. In this class

David will prepare dishes highlighting those influences. Pad Woon Sen is a noodle dish –

Chinese influence – that delivers with a light and tasty sauce.

 

For the second dish we look towards the Indian influence on Thai food as David will prepare a

Thai curry. If you’re a curry lover, you’re sure to love the popular Yellow curry served over

Jasmine rice. Once you’re familiar with the preparation method you will be able to prepare any

of the other Thai curries as well.

 

Both of these recipes can be made with the meat of your choice, or vegetarian style. Once
