The Pastry Brushes have natural boar bristles that pick up and hold glaze, egg wash or sauces. The heads are angled to keep them elevated and prevent drips on the countertop, and the handle is soft and comfortable. Also available in a 1.5" size for quickly and evenly basting a large surface.
