Prepare to give your taste buds a Thai treat in this fun and delicious Date Night class! You will become familiar with Thai flavors (sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and bitter) and learn how to create a pleasing balance of these flavors. 

David will teach you how to make two delicious and unique Thai stir-fry dishes using fresh vegetables straight from your garden:

Sweet and Sour Stir-fry (with chicken, tomatoes, onions, and cucumber – not the breaded Chinese dish)

Curry Beef with Green beans (with ground beef, fresh green beans, green and red bell peppers, and curry paste)

About the Chef... David Park is passionate about Thai cooking and loves sharing the vibrant flavors of Thailand with others. He lived in Thailand for 18 months and has returned several times, deepening his appreciation for the country’s culinary traditions. David learned to cook by observing local street vendors and household maids, carefully taking notes and perfecting each dish through hands-on practice at home. His dedication to authentic Thai cuisine has led him to teach cooking classes at the Thanksgiving Point demonstration kitchen, through Utah County Community Education, and now here at Love to Cook.
