A chinois, also known as a “bouillon strainer”, “jelly strainer” and “China cap” strains and purees fruits, vegetables and berries for silky smooth soups, sauces, baby food, desserts, stocks, sauces, bouillon and purees.
The set includes a stainless steel chinois, a chromed steel stand and a wooden pestle.
Fine mesh sieve.
Stabilize over a pot or bowl by resting the chinois in the stand.Stand will accommodate 4 to 10qt. bowls, pots and pans.
