Come join us for a sweet adventure in chocolate making! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn all the basics—how to pick the right chocolate, melt and temper it just right, and master the super fun technique of hand-dipping.

Then the best part—you’ll get to dip and create a whole lineup of goodies like soft centers, caramels, cordials, nut rolls, toffee, turtles, and truffles. By the end, you’ll have your own delicious assortment of chocolates to take home, share, and definitely sneak a few bites of along the way!

About the Chef... Estee Wilson is a seasoned professional chocolatier with years of hands-on experience crafting confections at the beloved Bluebird Candy. Known for her precision, creativity, and deep knowledge of the chocolate-making process, Estee has spent countless hours perfecting the art of dipping and decorating fine chocolates. Now, she shares her passion by teaching others how to create stunning, handmade chocolates at home—offering expert tips, time-tested tricks, and essential techniques that bring the joy of professional-quality confections into every kitchen.
