You will work in teams of two, to melt and temper your own bowl of chocolate.

Each person will hand dip or use a fork, to dip centers to make professional looking

chocolates. Learn how to handle chocolate and store.

Each person will take home 20+ pieces of finished chocolates.

Learn how to hide your mistakes. (There are no mistakes in candy-making.

Just rename it). This will be a casual class where you can ask your questions

on all things chocolate and have them answered by someone with 60+ years of

experience. Bring your spouse, child, friend, or come alone and meet new friends.
