Join Kiana in this hands-on cooking class as she takes you step-by-step through the process of making traditional mandu from scratch. You’ll master kneading and rolling dough for the perfect wrappers and preparing a savory filling made from seasoned meat, tofu, or fresh vegetables. 

Looking for a vegetarian-friendly option? Kiana will also show you how to create delicious fillings featuring mushrooms, glass noodles, or hearty greens.

About the Chef...  Originally from South Korea, Kiana Jones is a passionate cook who believes food is more than just nourishment — it’s a powerful way to share love, heritage, and human connection. As the former owner of a beloved Korean food truck in Logan, Kiana built a loyal following through her flavorful dishes and warm hospitality. Today, she brings that same energy to every class she teaches, infusing each lesson with stories, history, and heart. Kiana is especially devoted to spreading the Korean spirit of jeong (정) — a deep-rooted sense of empathy, connection, and community that defines much of Korean life and culture.
