This class is designed for couples to work side by side, folding and shaping dumplings together—some elegant, some hilariously imperfect. You will learn how to knead and roll tender dough for the perfect wrappers and prepare flavorful fillings using seasoned meat, tofu, or fresh vegetables. As the former owner of a beloved Korean food truck in Logan, Kiana built a loyal following through her flavorful dishes and warm hospitality.
