In this hands-on class, students will learn the art of making pasta, a beautiful garlic creams sauce, and homemade Tiramisu. This exquisite menu is guarnanteed to seduce the palette. 

Matt and Anne Marie will teach you the following techniques:

  • Breadsticks from start to finish. This will be a dough from scratch made live and baked in class.
  • Linguine for Lovers, our guests will make pasta dough, roll it out, and cut it into linguine. You will take home what you make, and we will have dough ready and cut for you to eat.
  • Matt and Anne Marie will demonstrate braised chicken breasts with fresh herbs, and garlic cream sauce.
  • Lastly, you will learn to make a delicious homemade Tiramisu sans coffee, yet still everybit as delicious. Guests will take home what they make.  In class, they will eat our pre-made Tiramisu.
